Changes to data protection fee

On Monday 17 February the cost of the data protection fee increased, following a government consultation. Organisations in tier one will now pay £52 per year, the cost for tier two is £78. Please use our self-assessment tool to check now if you need to pay, and the cost, or register your exemption.
