We are analysing the feedback received and this will feed into the final version. However we will not be able to publish the final version of our guidance until the Article 29 Working Party of European Data Protection Authorities (WP29), of which the ICO is a member, has agreed its Europe-wide consent guidelines. The WP29 consent guidelines are due to be published later in 2017 and the latest timetable is for this to be agreed and adopted in December 2017.
