A request for:

1. Copies of any documents the ICO has relied upon in respect of its own use of Microsoft cloud services for the processing of data under Part 3 DPA and which suggests that Microsoft either does or does not process data outside of the UK.
2. Copies of any documents the ICO holds which suggests that Microsoft may or may not process DESC related data outside of the UK.
3. A copy of any guidance provided by the ICO to the DESC partners re their processing of personal data for a Law Enforcement purpose for the DESC project if this has been issued, or an expected date of publication if the ICO intend to publish this.
