Connection’s project engages with homeless individuals to better understand their use and knowledge of personal data and how it’s processed. Using peer-led research, it seeks to increase service user trust and confidence in how their data is used and made available. Key outputs will include a report and a toolkit that can provide an effective means of communicating what their rights are and how to utilise them, as well as creating a scalable outreach process that can be taken up by other organisations.
The project is set to complete in March 2020.
