The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council has provided all the information held within the scope of the request. However the council responded outside of statutory timescales and therefore breached section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps.
