Stockton on Tees Borough Council

The complainant has requested information about a traffic calming consultation from Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council (the Council). The Council provided some information but refused to provide actual addresses of those consulted, citing section 40(2) (Personal information) of the FOIA. 

The Commissioner’s decision is that section 40(2) is properly engaged. No steps are required.
