The complainant has requested information relating to the timelines for paediatric assessments held by the council. The complainant argues that that information should be held as every other London Borough Council holds, and publishes this information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on a balance of probabilities, the council was correct to state that no relevant information is held by it. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
