The complainant has asked London Borough of Southwark (“the Council”) for information about data breaches. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to withhold some of the information it holds under section 40(2) of FOIA as it is personal data of third persons and disclosure would be unlawful.
The Commissioner does not require any further action to be taken.
