University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (‘the Trust’) provided a copy of its Safeguarding Adults policy and a range of policies relating to data protection and information governance. It stated that it did not hold a Next of Kin policy. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Trust does not hold further information within scope of the request. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
