Complain to the ICO
The law says that public authorities must respond to your request within 20 working days. If they fail to do this, you can complain to the ICO.
When we receive complaints about public authorities that responded to requests but took too long, it is likely we’ll uphold your complaint but take no further action. We will record the outcome of your complaint to inform our work.
