People first: the stories behind our complaints seminar details
Behind every complaint we receive is a person and a story. It’s important to keep that in mind. It’s not always data protection which prompts the complaint.
This seminar will show how to reduce the bureaucratic process of complaints for your customers and your organisation, keeping empathy at the heart of what you do.
It’s aimed at anyone who wants to improve the culture of data protection complaints within your organisation. You might be an experienced data protection professional, or equally someone who’s new to the law or not a data protection expert.

"So, you want to use AI..." (AI: the basics) seminar details
More and more organisations are thinking about how they can use AI. However, we recognise that sometimes it is difficult to know where to start or understand the benefits of using AI.
The objective of this session is to provide you with an introduction to AI. This includes what it is, what it can and cannot do and tips on developing or procuring AI into your organisation.
The session is aimed at data protection professionals who are starting to get (or anticipating) questions from their organisation about introducing AI and how to do so in a data protection compliant way. The session will include some basic technical content but is not aimed at a technical audience.

Everyday data sharing seminar details
Every sector shares data every day. Making sure that happens transparently, lawfully and securely is essential when providing people with services and support.
You’ll hear from a panel of experts who will share their experiences, identify common themes, set out how to overcome obstacles and highlight success stories.
If your role involves data sharing, this session will help. It’s aimed particularly at people working in larger organisations, who are already familiar and fairly comfortable with data protection law and data sharing.
