However, in line with Government advice, our offices are closed and our staff are working from home. We continue to deliver all our services, but we ask you to bear with us if there is a delay in dealing with your enquiry.

The Information Commissioner is not in a position to respond in person to all the matters raised with their office by the public. The Commissioner delegates such casework correspondence to be dealt with by their staff.
