The Council provided some information and stated other information was not held. At the time of its internal review, the Council acknowledged that there had been a minor error in the original information provided in relation to one part of the request and confirmed the accurate figures. The complainant considered that the information provided was inaccurate or incomplete. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has complied with its obligations under section 1 in relation to some parts of the request but that the Council holds further information relevant to part E of the request. The Commissioner requires the public authority to provide the complainant with a fresh response to part E of the request.
