The complainant has requested correspondence from the County Council’s legal team in respect of money made available to the Council from agreements under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). The Commissioner’s decision is that Hertfordshire County Council is entitled to withhold the information sought by the complainant in reliance of Regulation 12(5)(b) of the EIR.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action in this matter.
