What's next

We will process your request and send an email confirming your cancellation with seven days.

If your cancellation is not processed after two weeks, please contact our helpline on 0303 123 1113.

Once you get confirmation of your cancellation, if you pay by direct debit you'll need to cancel your direct debit directly with your bank or building society.
