In March 2024, the Information Commissioner published an open letter to senior leaders at public authorities, calling upon them to take transparency seriously. We’ve created a resource to be used by FOI practitioners, to check your organisation’s current position and report relevant matters to senior officers in a simple way. You can adapt and add to the table as required.
