We have published information about how we are regulating during the coronavirus pandemic, including how we deal with complaints.
Need help? Start a live chat or call our helpline on 0303 123 1113.
Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
The Information Commissioner is not in a position to respond in person to all the matters raised with their office by the public. The Commissioner delegates such casework correspondence to be dealt with by their staff.
