UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework complaints tool

Complain to us

If you’ve not received a response to your complaint after 45 days you can complain to us.

If you complain to us, you’ll need to provide:

  • copies of any letters or emails about your complaint between you and the organisation (if you submit a screenshot of any messages, please include the date you received or sent them); and
  • any other evidence that supports your complaint.

If you’re complaining for someone else, you will need to send us a letter of consent signed by them or evidence that you can act on their behalf.

When you submit your complaint, you must attach the responses you have received from the organisation.
