Analysis of our survey research into accessing care records

As part of our research to inform our better records together work, we ran a survey from February to April 2024 to hear about the challenges facing people trying to access information about their time in care. We heard from 172 people with experience of care in the UK, either directly or on their behalf. This report presents the analysis of responses that we based our work on.
