A request for confirmation of:

1) whether the ICO has asked the Financial Conduct Authority about its practice of circulating internal lists of new FOIA requests including requestors’ names; and

2) whether the ICO has reviewed its own approach or the FCA’s to refusing FOIA requests as vexatious following the First-Tier Tribunal case of Paul Carlier v Information Commissioner and the FCA?
