A request for the following information in relation to the ICO’s Cookies intervention;
1. The name of the scanning tool/software that the ICO used in the top 100 websites to identify the cookies and similar technology that was operating in them
2. The process and threshold(s) that the ICO considered to identify the UK’s most visited websites
