Request
A request for the following information;
1. For the year 2022/23, the number of instances where the ICO chose not to enforce decision notices even though it believed they had not been complied with.
2. For the year 2022/23, the number of service complaints the ICO received from individuals disputing its claims that decision notices were complied with.
3. For the years 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23, the number Judicial Review claims brought against the ICO by individuals in respect of decision notices it did not enforce even though it believed they had not been complied with.
