Penalty notices issued for non-payment of data protection fee
The data protection fee funds the ICO’s work. It’s important that everyone pays their fair share so if you fail to pay when you should, you could be fined up to £4,000.
This is a list of organisations that have been issued with a penalty notice (PN) for not paying the fee. For privacy reasons it doesn’t include any personally identifiable sole traders or partnerships. It also doesn’t include any PN that is subject to an ongoing appeal.
