The ICO exists to empower you through information.

On 8 January 2020 we issued a public consultation on a draft direct marketing code of practice. This ran until 4 March 2020.

We have published responses from organisations to the consultation, along with our summary of all the responses received. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and other forms of personal data have been redacted. Responses from individuals (eg members of the public) have not been published.
