Complainant requested information relating to a proposed move by the College. The College failed to respond within 20 working days but subsequently informed the complainant that the information was held by the Land Registry. Although the Decision Notice did not identify any steps to be taken, the College were advised how to deal with any future requests where information is either not held by them or is reasonably accessible by other means.
