The complainant requested information relating to policies on the transport of patients to the Accident and Emergency Department of Newark Hospital. It was alleged that some information was withheld and that the Trust failed to provide the requested information within the time limit. The latter part of the complaint is upheld, but the Commissioner is satisfied that the Trust provided all of the relevant information held at the time the request was made.
