The complaint requested copies of material created as a result of a complaint he had submitted to the Authority in relation to the manner in which a particular Magistrates Court dealt with its business. The authority provided the complainant with a copy of the information but with redactions to two sentences of one document, explaining that the information was exempt under section 31. Having investigated, the Commissioner is satisfied that the exemption was properly applied.
