The complainant requested information about which safety camera was responsible for the highest number of prosecutions. The public authority withheld this information under section 31 of the Act. After consideration of whether this exemption was applied correctly, including consideration of the public interest, the Commissioner has upheld the decision of the public authority to withhold this information. This decision is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
