The complainant requested copies of two “hospital investigations” into the treatment of a deceased individual. The public authority refused to respond to the request and stated that it was both vexatious and repeated. The Commissioner finds that the request was vexatious and did not therefore go on to consider whether it was repeated. The Commissioner finds that the authority correctly applied the provisions of the Act. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2010/0156 struck out.
