The complainant requested drawings, plans and calculations in relation to a loft conversation at her neighbours’ property which was the subject of a building control application. The Commissioner’s decision is that the London Borough of Hounslow (the council) was entitled to withhold the requested information under Regulation 13(2)(a) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
