complainant submitted several requests to City West Homes (‘CWH’) for information about its policies and actions. The public authority withheld this information under section 14 of the Act on the grounds that the requests were vexatious. The Commissioner has investigated and found that the Council has applied section 14(1) to these requests correctly. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action.
