Lancashire Constabulary refused to comply ith the complainant’s information requests on the grounds that they were vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that Lancashire Constabulary has breached the FOIA by incorrectly refusing the requests as vexatious. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2011/0278 withdrawn.
