The complainant requested a copy of the ‘Use of Force’ training manual along with related information concerning where the techniques were permitted to be used and by whom. The Information Commissioner considers that the related information is detailed within the manual. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has withheld some of the requested information incorrectly. The Information Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the withheld information.
