The complainant has requested a copy of the Business Plan and associated correspondence relating to the Magnus Viking Association’s (MVA) proposal to create a Viking re-enactment centre at Delamont Park, Killyleagh, County Down. The Commissioner’s decision is that the exception as set out in regulation 12(5)(e) of the EIR applies to the requested information and requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2012/0078 dismissed.
