The complainant requested information relating to council leasehold addresses in Haringey from Homes for Haringey which is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Haringey Council (the council). The council refused to provide this information under the exemption at section 40(2) for third party personal data. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council correctly withheld information under section 40(2). Therefore the Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
