  • Decision(s) FOI 22: Not upheld
The complainant requested information concerning the number of crimes reported in the Olympic Park in the years running up to the Games. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) refused to disclose this information and cited the exemption provided by section 22 (information intended for future publication) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that this exemption was applied correctly and so the MPS is not required to disclose this information.
