Civil Service Commission

The complainant has requested information from the Civil Service Commissioner (CSC) about sackings of civil servants who have raised complaints to CSC, as well as information about CSC’s failings in handling complaints. CSC refused the request on the grounds that it was vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that CSC was correct to find the request vexatious. The Commissioner does not require any action to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2012/0246 struck out.
