The complainant made a number of requests following a decision by the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland (the PPS) that there was insufficient evidence to bring criminal proceedings in relation to a particular incident. The PPS said that it did not hold some information, provided some information, and refused the remainder of the requests under sections 30(1)(c), 38, 40(2), 41 and 42 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the PPS to take any further steps in relation to the requests.
