  • Decision(s) EIR 12.4.b: Not upheld
The complainant requested information regarding the front boundary lines of properties on the road where he resides. The council refused to comply with the request on the basis of regulation 12(4)(b) of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR). The Commissioner has concluded that the request is manifestly unreasonable and that the council is entitled to rely on regulation 12(4)(b) to refuse to provide the requested information. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2013/0011 dismissed.
