The complainant has requested from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) a list of all companies registered with it. The Commissioner’s decision is that the CITB was entitled to withhold the requested information under section 44(1)(a) (prohibition on disclosure) of FOIA. He does not there require the CITB to take any steps as a result of this notice.
