The complainant has requested information from the Department for International Development (DfID) regarding legislation that governs their actions and details about their published accounts. DfID refused the requests on the grounds that they were vexatious under section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act). The Commissioner’s decision is that both requests are vexatious and that DfID was entitled to refuse them. No further action is required. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2013/0034 dismissed.
