The complainant made three information requests to the Department of Justice (the Department). The Department refused these requests as it considered them to be vexatious and repeated under sections 14(1) and 14(2) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Department correctly categorised the requests as vexatious. Therefore the Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken.
