The complainant has requested the DWP’s LiMA software. The DWP stated the software itself could not be provided and technical data about the software was being withheld on the basis of section 43(2). The Commissioner’s decision is that section 43 is engaged and, after considering the public interest arguments, the DWP has correctly withheld the information.
