The complainant has requested information about Smart Meters. The public authority stated that, at the time of the request, it held no information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority did hold a report which falls within the scope of the request. He therefore requires it to reconsider the request to include this report and issue a fresh response in accordance with the FOIA.
