The complainant has requested information about television licence detection. The BBC withheld some of the requested information under section 31(1)(a)(b)(d) and (g) with subsection 2(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the BBC has correctly applied section 31(1)(a)(b)(d) and (g) with subsection 2(a) FOIA to the withheld information in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
