Conwy County Borough Council

The complainant made a number of requests for information about Council Reserves. Conwy County Borough Council (‘the Council’) applied section 14(1) and 14(2) to the latest request as it considered it to be both repeated and vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council correctly refused the request on the grounds that it is vexatious and as such section 14(1) applies. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
