The complainant has made two information requests in connection with an investigation into her son’s death. These were dealt with under the terms of the Data Protection Act (the “DPA”) and “business as usual” but no formal response has been provided to either under the terms of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the public authority provide a formal response, covering both requests, under the terms of the FOIA.
