The complainant requested details of meetings and correspondence between EDF Energy, Ministers and senior officials in relation to Electricity Market Reforms. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to rely on the exceptions at regulations 12(4)(e), 12(5)(d) and 13 of the EIR to withhold the information it considered was exempt from disclosure. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
