The complainant requested information concerning the tender applications for the hospital’s taxi and courier contracts. The Commissioner’s decision is that by withholding the information under section 43(2) the hospital trust did not deal with the request for information in accordance with the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose: the award grid; all sections of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire completed by the two successful companies; and all sections of the successful tender applications other than their pricing information.
