The complainant requested copies of all correspondence between a Named Person and the public authority in relation to an ongoing dispute with the public authority. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to withhold the information requested on the basis of the exception at regulation 13 of the EIR.The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
